If the government should introduce further lockdowns this year and this impacts on your stay, we will issue you a voucher for the full amount you have paid for your booking, this can be used up until the end of 2021. Please note this cannot be exchanged for cash.

We do understand that the COVID19 pandemic is causing a great deal of uncertainty and would like to reassure our guests that we are strictly following all of the relevant government and health authority directives.

What will it be like when West Hall Glamping opens?
Our six lodges are self-contained and situated within the countryside with plenty of outside space and fresh air. The safety of our guests and our staff is our number one priority and we’ve fine-tuned all our procedures which include enhanced cleaning of the lodges and the shared areas, detailed staff training and social distancing measures.

Rule of six – We are currently not able to take bookings for more than one lodge if six or more friends or family members will be staying at the same time. This also applies to bookings made separately but by friends or family who total more than six (including children). Please contact us by email if you think these rules might affect your booking.

QR Code 
– We display a QR code in each lodge and ask guests to scan it with their NHS COVID-19 App on arrival. We are required by law to display the QR code and to ask guests to check in this way to help trace and stop the spread of Coronavirus.

FAQ’s

IS MY BOOKING AFFECTED, WILL I BE ABLE TO TRAVEL?

Following the latest government guidance set out in the 4 stage Roadmap out of Lockdown we will be able to open from April 12th .
Based on this guidance travel outside local areas is no longer restricted.

WHAT ABOUT ARRIVALS AND CHECK IN?
A week before your arrival we will be in contact to discuss your preferred arrival time, run through a few admin items and discuss any changes we have made.
During this we will arrange an available check-in “window” to stagger guest arrival time to ensure you check in is as “contactless” as possible.
As most guests are keen to get straight to their lodge or cabin, prior to arrival you will need to pay your damage deposit and logs credit to negate the need for tricky card transactions during your stay.
We will also need a nominated person for one of the team to escort to your accommodation explain key safety considerations, fire precautions etc. The rest of your party will be asked to remain in your vehicle until this is complete.

GUESTS VISITORS AT WEST HALL GLAMPING?
For everyone’s safety and security we have taken the decision not to allow any non-registered guests to visit West Hall during the pandemic.

WHAT ABOUT CLEANING BETWEEN GUESTS?
We will be following all public health guidance and our cleaners are fully briefed. The lodge that you have booked will be cleaned and sanitised to the COVID ready guidelines which are accredited by the AA and PASC UK and certified as “We’re good to go” by VisitEngland.

WHAT CAN WE DO TO HELP?
At the end of your stay please strip the bedding from the beds and place in the laundry bag provided, this will help us minimise direct contact for our teams and enable the bedding to be sent directly to our laundry.
To ensure that everyone can be confident that they are able to social distance adequately we ask that guests keep to their own areas around West Hall and ensure that their children are always supervised.
Our expectation is that all guests will abide by government regulations with respect to social distancing and socialising within your group. Guests should check both UK Government and English Government announcements to ensure you are fully up to date with restrictions that may affect your travel or stay.

If any of your party display symptoms during your stay, please notify us by text as soon as possible. In line with government policy please then return to your primary residence as soon as is practically possible to arrange a test and follow the most recent guidance. Remember to complete all items on your check out check list (you will be provided a copy on arrival) and please depart West Hall promptly before 10:00am to allow adequate time for
deep cleaning between guests.

    £100 will be deducted from the total cost of your stay when booking without the hot tub
