General Booking Questions

How do I book a stay at West Hall Glamping?

You can book directly through our website, or by contacting us via phone or email.

What is the minimum length of stay?

We have a minimum stay of 2 nights.

What is the maximum number of guests in each pod?

The maximum number of guests in each pod is 4

What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 10:00 AM

Do you require a deposit to secure a booking?

Yes, we require a 30% deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.

Can you spread the payments out?

Yes once the deposit is paid you can discuss spreading the balance over an agreed time with agreed amounts.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Can I modify my booking after it has been confirmed?

Yes, modifications are allowed subject to availability.

Accommodation & Facilities

What amenities are included in the glamping pod?

Do you provide bedding and towels?

Yes, White luxury bedding and towels are provided.

Is there heating or air conditioning in the pods?

Our pods have electric underfloor heating for a cosy stay.

Do the pods have private bathrooms?

Yes, each pod has a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink, basic toiletries and toilet roll are included

Is there a kitchen or cooking facilities?

The pods include a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, double hob, pans, crockery, and cutlery. A BBQ Grill over the firepit is available outside.

Hot Tubs

Is the hot tub included in my booking or is there an extra charge?

The hot tub is included in your stay at no extra cost.

How long can we use the hot tub per day?

You can use it as often as you like, but please respect quiet hours after 10 PM.

Is the hot tub wood fired or electric?

The hot tub is an electric Jacuzzi brand hot tub set at 38 degrees.

Will the hot tub be ready for my arrival ?

The hot tub will be filled and heated ready for your arrival.

Children & Pets

Is West Hall Glamping family-friendly?

Yes, we welcome families and provide a safe, fun environment for children

Do you allow dogs on-site?

Yes. West Hall Glamping is dog-friendly, and we welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs per pod.

We ask that dogs are kept under control while on site and that owners clean up after them. Dogs should not be left unattended in the pods.

Is there an extra charge for children and pets ?

Yes. There is a £15 charge per child, per stay, which covers the additional bed linen and towels required.

Dogs are also charged at £15 per dog, per stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs per pod.

Policies & Accessability

Is smoking allowed on-site?

Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the pods but is permitted next to the firepit outside the pod and all cigarette ends must be fully extinguished and disposed of in the sand-filled cigarette pot provided. Further details on our smoking policy are set out in our Terms & Conditions.

Are the pods wheelchair accessible?

Currently, our pods are not wheelchair accessible, but we are looking at accessible options for the site.

Do you have quiet hours in the evening?

Yes, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Is parking available, and is it free?

Yes, each pod has a free allocated space for one car, extra cars are £10 per stay
